Our flat rate postage is £3.95.

Deliveries are sent via our preferred courier and are dispatched within one working day of your order being placed.

In the rare case that dispatch of your soy candles may take slightly longer we will contact you via the email address you provide.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase return it within 14 days and we will organise a product exchange or a refund.

This does not affect your consumer rights.

Items must be returned by courier or registered post so that you have proof of dispatch. Ensure you have sufficient insurance cover for your package.

We can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages sent from you to us.

Natural soy wax products in reusable jars and containers.

Boxes

Your box can be reused for something or it can go in the recycling bin.

Bubble Wrap

Our bubble wrap is fully biodegradable so if you have no further use for it at least you know it is not adding to plastic waste.

Jars

Soy wax can be washed away easily with warm soapy water meaning all of our jars and vessels can be reused or easily recycled.

The contents

We use natural wax for our handmade soy candles and melts. Our reed diffusers are made with a vegetable based carrier. Salts are pure with essential oils.
